DISMISS BOOKMAKING CASES NEW YORK, N. Y., September 14. Judge Doyle, in the magistrates court in Jamaica Wednesday forenoon, dismissed thirty of the thirty-one cases before him on charges of violation of the anti-bookmaking law. These cases grew out of arrests that were made at the Jamaica meeting in the spring.
