STAR COURT had a clear course for the entire race and, coming fast through the stretch, wore the leaders down to win in the final strides.. TIXG-A-LING, under slight restraint until rounding the last turn, moved up menacingly when well into the stretch, but tired after getting to the leaders. CLOUGIIJORDAX came around the others on the stretch turn with a rush and took the lead, but was weakly ridden at the end. ESQUIRE displayed excellent speed jn the early running, but tired in the final eighth. HOREB raced forwardly throughout. FRENCH FURZE fell lame after going three-ciglitlis. MUSKALLOXGE raced prominently, but was in close quarters next to the inner rail and unable to secure a clear course in the early running. ELECTED II. closed a big gap. DAYDUE quit. NOSE DIVE, ST.
