PROGRESS AT HUNTINGTON HUNTINGTON, W. Va., September 29. The grandstand and stables of the Tri-State Fair Association arc rapidly nearing completion and will be turned over to general manager J. W. Peck on October 8 by the contractors, Joseph and Joseph of Louisville. Turfmen will be surprised at the consideration that has been shown by the directors in the matter of providing for the horses that will take part in the meetings. All barns are of the cottage type and the stalls are 12x12 and constructed of oalc They are without doubt the finest stables on any race track. Over a hundred of these stalls are ready for occupancy.
