GRAY LAG TOPS THE WEIGHTS NEW YORK, N. T., October 5. Grey Lag, the four-year-old Rancocas star, with his stable companions, Mad Hatter, Cirrus and Kai-Sang, have been assigned the top weights in the Pierrepont Handicap, the ,000 added contest which will feature the Jamaica card Saturday. The race is for three-year-olds and over, at one mile and a quarter. The Star Shoot colt will shoulder 128 pounds, while Mad Hatter will face the starter with three pounds less.
