RlBY failed to begin with the others, but closed an immense gap and would have been third in a few more strides. UNITED AERDE was saved under restraint for five-eighths and finished sauiely, but was unable to overhaul CHATTERTOX after the latter stole into a long early lead. MAR.IORIE AVOOD set a good pace, but ran out on the stretch turn and tired badly. SWEET LADY ran a bail race and was eased up when beaten. LUCY CHURCHILL tired badly.
