Won easily; second and third driving. RAFFLES, off well, raced in close pursuit of the leaders until rounding the last turn and, racing into a good lead, won casing up. BEN AVOOD steadily improved his position and finished fast and gamely. BESSIE LEIGHTON worked her way up on the outside and outlinishcd THE COLONEL. The latter gained gradually in the last half mile. RORK tired in the final eighth. ALLIE OCHS rushed into th lead, but retired in the stretch and can do much better. DRIFTWOOD quit. Won easily; second and third driving. MARIE MAXIM, close up from the start, took the lead with a rush after entering the stretch and won easing up. LEGHORN was shuflled back while going to the first turn, then was saved for a halt mile and gained rapidly when called on, but could not overhaul the leader. AMANDA HOEY showed a good order of speed, but was much used in racing ELECTED II. into defeat in the first three-quarters and tired, but finished gamely. ELECTED II. set a fast pace, but tired badly in the final quarter. SCOTLAND YET had no mishaps. Scratched 6G20SArrow of Gold, 10S; 6G269 Polly Wale, 102. TING-A-LING raced forward throughout and held the others safe at the finish. BRIGHT LIGHTS began forwardly and. saving ground on the turns, finished fast. ESQUIRE set a good pace but tired in the final eighth. BALLOT MARK closed an immense gap. FLUFH raced well. HEREAFTER showed excellent speed while on the extreme outside of his opponents for the first half mile. DUNCECAP lacked early speed, but finished with a belated ruslu AlOLINIST tired after going three-quarters. MARTIN A. NOONAN ran far below his real form.
