The proposed private barns are designed to meet all requirements, containing twenty-five improved box stalls, sanitary drained and ventilated, constructed of steel and reinforced concrete, with rainproof inside walk; complete sleeping, dining, kitchen, bath and lavitory; secretaries office; feed and equipment rooms; entrances for official business through secretarys office; private gate for horses; all stables equipped with telephone system to racing secretarys office at track; complete lighting system.
