IN CHARGE OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORK Standing from left to right are the chairmen of the various committees of the New Washington Park Breeders Association: Scott C. Dyer, architect; William J. Murray, engineer; W. A. Billy Myer, expert track engineer; F. W. Braiger, real estate; John V. Lanigan, transportation; Walter Meakin, publicity; G. G. Truesdall, transportation. All the plans and specifications of the proposed track at Eiverdale are now completed and in the hands of the finance committee. Judge Murphy is expected here Tuesday before going to New Orleans and it will be determined then just how soon actual work on the plant will begin.
