IMPROVEMENTS AT JAMAICA NEW YORK, N. T.t November 27. A number of improvements planned for the Jamaica course will keep superintendent Thomas E. Maher and his staff busy during the winter months. The course will be entirely resoiled and the work Is now in progress. A new road is to be built from Locust avenue to the receiving barn. An iron fence -will be erected along Locust avenue to New York avenue, inclosing the southwest section of the track
