Cosdens good steeplechaser Hallavill, a four-year-old bay gelding, by Berrilldon Vilhalla, by Pessara, which injured his foot in a work-out shortly after accounting for the Autumn Green Spring Valley Steeplechase November 4, was destroyed when it was found he had practically torn his hoof off in attempting to arise in his stall. The celdinc won J6.3S0 during 1922.
