ROMULUS steadily improved his position and took the lead momentarily when a sixteenth out, but could not quite withstand the winners rush. MOLL1.K BARNES ret the pace and raced into a long lead after leaving the backs tre ten, but tired midway of the stretch. JUST RIGHT quit alter racing well to the stretch.
