REMY DORR CASE IS HEARD Fair Grounds Directors Uphold Ruling of the Stewards in Debarring Him. NEW ORLEANS, La., December 8. At the hearing last night granted to Remy Dorr by the board of directors of the Business Mens Racing Association, that body sustained the stewards in their ruling debarring Remy Dorr from the Fair Grounds. The decision was without prejudice to any future appeals that Dorr might make if he secures new evidence. Dorr submitted much testimony in rebuttal through witnesses and affidavits to refute the evidence of the stewards. The hearing lasted nearly four hors.
