DEATH OP G. V. J. BISSELL LEXINGTON, Ky., December 21. Word reached here today from J. II. Stotler telling of the death of the well-known horseman, G. W. J. Bissell of Pittsburgh. It was said that Mr. Bissell was on his way to his winter home in Miami, Fla., when death overtook him. He was buried In Pittsburgh Tuesday.
