BISSELLS RACING RECORD Deceased Pittsburgh Turfman Did Quite Well During Nine Years of Turf Campaigning. G. W. J. Bissell, the Pittsburgh turfman, whose death came as a shock to his many friends on the turf, had been identified with racing for a number of years. The best horsa to carry his colors was Rapid Water.
