NEW PENNSYLVANIA COURSE Pennsylvania is to have another race track. This is at Pottstown, where an option has been taken on a tract of 23G acres. While this track will probably mean more to the -trotting than the running turf, it is proposed to give running meetings there and it is probable dates will be sought from the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association.
