LIFT BAN ON W A SHEA SHEANEW NEW ORLEANS La March 13 The Fair Grounds stewards have made the following announcement W A Shea was disciplined during the recent Fair Grounds meeting for violations of the rules governing the regis ¬ tration of horses As no fraud was alleged the stewards had no intention of carrying the ruling beyond the period of their jurisdic ¬ tion and notice is given to racing associations that no present ruling exists against Shea or his horses
