Hancock, the well-known Kentucky breeder, who is asm the president of the Thoroughbred Horse Association f America, in a letter to Wayne Dinsmore of Chicago, secretary of th.- Horse Association of America, says he can find nothing wrong with the proposed racing bill for Illinois, which is sponsored by the Chicago Washington Park Club, Mr. Hancock is of the opinion that under the provisions of this bill racing in Illinois would be re-established on a solid foundation.
