SUSPEND JOCKEY LA BELLE WHEELING, W. Va., Nov. 1. Jockey C. La Belle was indefinitely suspended for an unsatisfactory ride on Wee Toddler in the first race. It appeared as if the filly could have won had La Belle turned her head loose at any part of the race. Instead she was under restraint practically throughout even in the closing stages when in full view of the judges and was beaten only by a head.
