POPFYE began slowly, but moTcd up with a rush just before reaching the stretch and, racing into a long lead, won casing up. WINDING THROUGH showed the most early speed, but began tiring and swerved badly in the last sixteenth. JOU JOU was going fast at the end. HULLO closed a big gap and finished well. Won driving; second and third the same. MINUS raced close up from the start and, responding well when called on, wore ANNIE LYLE down steadily and won drawing clear. The latter raced into the lead with a rush and setting a good pace finished resolutely. LADY BURROWS back in first three-eighths, but came again near the end and finished fast. MEDINA showed speed, but gave way in the last eighth. NELL McCHORD ran well for a half. COLORED BOY, racing well in the going and close up from the start, raced into the lead with a rush before reaching the half mile and, increasing his advantage, was prematurely eased up in the last seventy yards and almost lost by it. FERGUSON, close up from the start, came with a rush when COLORED BOY was eased up and almost nipped him out. FLOWER SHOP raced prominently and had no mishaps. ATTA BOY II. was hard ridden all the way. TAN SON was taken back repeatedly. LLIE OCUS quit badly. LADY ASTOR was kept in the best going through the last three-eighths and, coming fast through the stretch, wore LORD GRANITE in the last seventy yards and outgamed him at the end. LORD GRANITE ran a good race, but began tiring in the last sixteenth after taking the lead. JIMMIE DAW responded well to a gcod ride and finished fast. AUDACIOUS showed the most speed for thrvc-quarttrs and quit badly. DONGES ran fairly well. HEREMON was always beaten. The latter ran well in the going and savi:d much ground when coming into the stretch and was gaining steadily at the end. The latter, coming from far back, moved up with a rush after reaching the stretch, but was badly cut off by Halu and just missed getting up. The latter Tvas away badly aud taken all over the track for good going and came fast in the stretch. TENDER SETH also suffered from interference and made a game finish. PRINCE K. tired after setting a good pace to the stretch. LITTLE HOPE and RESTING TIME were done after going a half mile. Overweights Resting Time, 3 pounds.
