RACING COMMISIONER DEAD BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. 16. E. Clay . Timanus, a member of the Maryland Racing Commission, died at his home this morning. ; The deceased was sixty years old and had benn ill since last May. A few days ago : he showed a decided improvement and prom-i ised to visit Marlboro this week. However, a relapse set in and no hopes were then 1 held out. He was a former mayor of Baltimore and prominent in political circles.
