FAIR GROUNDS NOTES The stewards licensed C. OMahony, one of; the veteran riders, and lie immeditaely attached himself to the stable of Mrs. A. E. Alexandra. The change of track conditions interferred with the plans of Mose Goldblatt, who contemplated working twenty-four members of his stable during- the afternoon. Forty-four horses were excluded from the first, second and seventh races for Friday, half the number being dropped from the closing dash.
