MILTON HENRY RETURNS NEW YORK, N. Y., Jan. 4. Milton Henry, who has been riding abroad for the past twenty years, has returned to New York and announces he intends to remain in this country. He will apply for a trainers license and expects to handle a stable on New York tracks during the racing season of 1024. Henry rode in Bulgaria last year.
