FIFTEEN HEAD TO TIJUANA NEW ORLEANS, La., Jan. 5. George Phillips, trainer of the J. McMillen stable, which is headed by Flint Stone, is making arrangements to ship fifteen head of horses to Tijuana the latter part of the week. A yearling and Blue Streak, the latter just lecovering from the firing irons, are to be left here.
