BUD FISHER AT LOUISVILLE LOUISVILLE, Ky., Jan. 9. H. C. "Bud" Fisher, creator of the -mortal "Mutt and Jeff," arrived in Lc illQ today from New York, via Cincinnati, to pay a visit to his racing establishment at Douglas Park. He has one of the most pretentious stables at either of the local tracks, consisting of six horses above the two-year-old age and twelve richly bred juveniles. The latter are by Peter Quince, Fair Play, McGea and other noted stallions. The horses that are attracting the most attention at the present time in the establishment of the cartoonist are Mr. Mutt and Little Jeff, which are being prepared by trainer Alex Gordon for the Kentucky Derby.
