William Carrigan, o-wner o the horse Charles Henry, is an arrival from Newport, Ky., for a brief visit. T. "WomeldorfC trainer of the T. II. Hern-hard t stable, has suffered a relapse and i3 now confined to a local hospital. There were fifty-one horses excluded from the first, second and fifth races for Thursday and the sixth and seventh were split.
