JOCKEY ROWAN RECOVERED BALTIMORE, Md., Jan. 17. Jockey James Rowan, who suffered a broken leg as a result of a fall while riding in a steeplechase, had the plaster cast removed from his injured member, and an N-ray photograph shows the bone has grown together per-j fectly. After a short visit to his home Rowan will return here and join the steeplechase division of W. V. Dwyers stable, for which he will ride during the season of 1921.
