OLD BOARD OF DIRECTORS i Re-Elected at Meeting- of Kentucky Jockey Club Derby to Close February 23. LOUISVILLE, Ky., Jan. 21. At a meeting of the stockholders of the Kentucky I Jockey Club, held today at Churchill Downs, l the old board of directors were re-elected and the matter of electing ofiicers for the I ensuing year was postponed. Directors of i the Kentuclcy Jockey Club re-elected are : I Johnson N. Camden, M. J. Winn, J. B. ; Brown, Andrew Vennie, Lawrence Jones, M. L. Galvin, George J. Long, Arthur B. I Hancock, Bayor Hickman, James T. Clark I and J. Graham Brown. It Avas announced that stakes for be ill j Churchill Downs and Latonia would not close until February 23. This includes both the Kentucky Derby and Oaks. Official nominations for the Kentucky Derby will not be disclosed before March 1, as it takes about one week for all the nominations to get in after the Derby entries are closed.
