A. B. HANCOCK IN THE EAST NEW YORK, N. Y., Jan. 21. A. B. Hancock is here for a short visit. Mr. Hancock, who has the Ellerslie Stud at Charlottesville, Va., and the Claiborne Stud, near Paris, Ky., reports all of his horses in excellent condition, with some promising yearlings at both places. Mr. Hancocks imported brood mares and yearlings, which arrived last Saturday on the Mississippi, reached their destination safely.
