At post 2 minutes. Start good and slow. Won driving; second and third the same. FUO was away well and, standing a hard drive resolutely through the stretch, just got up in time to win. DEAN II., also away fast and faving grcund on the turns, showed the most speed, but began tiring in the last few strides. STAMPDALE was forced back soon after the start, but came with a tremendous rush in the last eighth and would have won in another stride. MASTER BILLY ran well and might have won with harder riding on the stretch turn. PAROLE II. ran fairly well, but lost much ground by coming wide. ALEX WOODLIFFE tired. Won driving; second and third the same. KINDRED raced forwardly from the start and, coming fast through the stretch, overhauled OLD SINNER and won drawing clear. OLD SINNER began fast and. showing much speed, set a fast pace and finished gamely, but tiredin the stretch drive. PRINCE WELLES raced well and gamely fought it out in the stretch. FLEER raced in closest pursuit to the last eighth and began tiring. SISTER JOSELLA came fast near the end. ORLOVA ran poorly. DOUGHNUT and JOCK SCOT closed big gaps. BRUNELL was allowed to drop too far back in the early running, but saved much ground on the last turn and finished fast and gamely. ANONYMOUS came fast in the stretch and outstayed NORMAL in the final drive. NORMAL raced well. SEA COVE set u good pace to the last turn and quit badly. VENNIE was far back throughout.
