HUNT LICENSES GRANTED Gentleman Riders, Trainers, Jockeys and Agents Receive Papers from Ruling Body. NEW YORK, N. Y., Feb. 11. At a meeting of the executive committee of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association, held. last week, the following applications for licenses were approved : Gentleman riders subject to confirmation by the Hunts committee Gordon C. Trainers Silas Veitch, Anthony Allen, P. J. Deegan, James W. Healy, John T. Ker-math. Jockeys Sidney "Veitch, J. Rowan, Joseph Clements, W. J. Keating, G. Smoot, W. Hunt.
