APPLICATIONS FOR BOWIE NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 11. Racing secretary McLennan posted the following notice Monday: All horsemen who expect to race at Bowie and Havre de Grace, commencing April 1, must send applications for stable room without delay. Bowie applications should be sent to Richard Pending, Bowie, Maryland, and for Havre de Grace to the Harford Agricultural and Breeding Association, Havre de Grace, Maryland.
