JACK POT set a good pace while under pressure all the way and gamely withstned the challenge I of ZOONA at the eighth post, but was under a hard drive to outtinish ARMEDEE. The latter finished with a rush on the inside and was wearing the winner down. ZOONA ran well, but tired in the last sixteenth. BLUE MISS began slowly, but closed a big gap after working her way up on the outside. MAD NELL ran well. SUPERIOR took a small lead on the last turn and finished gamely, but tiring. SPORTIBOY was jumped on in the jam on the first turn, but raced well. TOMAHOI closed a gap and finished fast.
