Howard string, which includes Nose Dive, St Allan, Lord Bacon, Frigate and two juveniles, a colt and filly, which have not started here, will remain quartered at the Fair Grounds until April 15. The horses are to be prepared for the opening of the metropolitan season and are reported well advanced in their work.
