NEW BUILDING NEAR READY LOUISVILLE, Ky.. April 22— The new I building at Churchill Downs that will be used as the racing secretarys office and jockey room, is almost completed and ready for the occupancy of racing secretary J. S. Wallace and his staff of assistants. Charles Henry, who will be employed in the lacing secre- I tarys office at Churchill Downs and La- J tonia, is a recent arrival from his home in I Toronto, Canada. Gene Elrod, in charge of the mutuel departments on all the Kentucky tracks, was a visiter at Churchill Downs Tuesday morn-j ing. He leaves Wednesday for Lexington I to prepare for the meeting at that place.
