Won handily; second and third driving. SLKKIY HKAD, showing decided improvement. Iiegan slowly, but raced to the leaders after r uncling the far turn and took an easy lead in the stretch, but was tiring badly at the end. IRIMK MINISTER, away well, was taken back and saved to the stretch, then closed a big gap ami finished fast. SUBURBAN took the lead on the back stretch and raced PRINCE HAMI.KT into defeat, but tired. PRINCF. HAMLET was much used in racing with SUBURBAN and tired badly. ROLAND was away well and set the early pace, but was kept in the deepest going throughout and quit badly. DUETTISTE was saved under lestraint for the first turn of the field, then moved up steadily when called on and raced into an easy lead and was easing up at the end. DAN IV. was under restraint until called on in the last mile and moved up quickly, but tired badly under his weight in the final drive. VOX POPULI II. showed high speed in leading for the first turn of the field, but was taken under stout restraint and failed badly when called on. SENALADO. in the outside while rounding the last turn, finished resolutely and outgamed HIGHBINDER in the final drive. The latter began slowly and was forced wide when entering the stretch, but made a fast finish. PEDAGOGUE saved ground on the turns and raced well. REMINDER was always outrun ami had no mishaps. CLOIDIjAND was pinched back on the far turn and was forced to be taken up. MASTER CRUMP reared up on the way to the pest and. unseating his rider, ran away three-quarters at top speed, then galloped slowly a mile and a quarter. Scratched 79700 Faddist, 115. SHERIDAN crossed in front of the others sh rtly after he start and set a gnod pace, but tired badly when MAD IliAY took the lead. AG A KHAN was on the inside iu the deepest going on the linckstretcli and tired badly. BEAU BUTLER Hosed up some ground. SUN PAL and Kl.ONDYKE had no mishaps. ABU BEN AHDEM showed some early speed.
