■ 9 — MEETING AT HUNTINGTON HUNTINGTON. W. Va., June 13.— The Tri-State Fair Association today announced its plans for staging its third annual combined fair and horse racing meeting at the Fair Grounds just below Barboursville. It will last twelve days, beginning August 25 and closing on September 6. Seven races will be offered daily and during the meeting there will be several handicap races, all for thoroughbred racers. Applications for stalls are now being received by Frederic Crafton, general manager of the Fair Association.
