NOON FIRE raced extremely wide on the turns. INDIAN TRAIL closed a big gap. LLCKY PU.YY was crowded back shortly after the start. ABC BEN AHDEM closed up ground. Scratched S0O86Lndkin. 120. Won easily; second and third driving. SKA MASTER followed the early leaders under restraint into the last half, then passed VOX POPULI II. and drew away into an easy lead. PECCANT was saved for the first turn of the field, then moved up on the inside of BLACK FOX and made a game challenge when going to the fourteenth jump, but made a bad landing at the fifteenth, theB recovered quickly and outstayed VOX POPULI II. at the end. The latter took the lead when BLACK FOX tired and lost ground on the turns, but could not wit list ami the rush of the winner. CONNIKBERT was outrun throughout. RlMMKL , had no mishaps. YOUNG MARTIN, away well, finished resolutely under hard riding snd was forced out by FLYING COMET through the final eighth, but got up to win in the last stride. FLYING COMET showed the most speed, but was tiring through the final sixteenth and swerved out. RIGOLETTO ran a good race throughout and finished gamely. SARZANA was on the inside all the way. HEPHIAST08 was saved in the early running and closed a gap with a rush when called on in Che stretch and. joining the leaders, finished fast anil won drawing clear. SUNSINI raced close . Wp throughout and finished with a rush. DUNLIN was a forward contender throughout, but swerved 1 •rer on ZEV in the final quarter forcing the latter in close quarters. ENCHANTMENT ran well from , Ihe start and suffered from interference in the final eighth by DUNLIN. CHERRY PIE ran a good I race and is about ripe. ZEV raced gallantly, bat tired under his weight after meeting with interference. The rider on ENCHANTMENT lodged a claim of foul against DUNLIN which was allowed. PRINCE OF UMBRIA showed great speed and quit after setting a fast pace to the last eighth. Scratched— 80045 Ten Minutes, 97; 79737 Dot, 102. PRINCE HAMLET, away well, raced forwardly from the I start and had no mishaps. ROSEATE II. ran a good race throughout. BLUR HAWK ran well and so ■ did BONNIE OMAR.
