COFFIN began slowly and was far back early, but ramp past the others with a rush on the stretch turn and raced into a long lead in the last eighth. NIAGARA raced close up all the way and 1 finished gamely. ANNIE LYLE set the early pace, but began tiring after going three-quarters. CYPREME ran a good race. THE REAPER acted badly at the post and was away poorly, but closed i a big gap. MM KOI, away badly, was far back all the way. MILL HOY raced into the lead and quit I badly. TYCOON was swerving badly in the last eighth, but ran a good race. PARODY was forced back soon after the start and closed a gap. ARARAT tired. FOREIGN RELATIONS raced well and finished close up. SUPERFRANK was out- raced and ridden wide into the stretch. KING NADI was worked fast and showed a good order of speed for a half mile and was eased up near the end. PERSIAN MAID was always outrun. Scratched— 80030 Gamester, 103.
