YOUNGSTOWN NOTES Jockey J. Dominick was set down by starter Dean for three days for disobedience at the post Tuesday. Jockeys Bergf and Thrailkill were each set down for five days by the stewards for rough riding Tuesday. Jockey Holecko, will also spend the next five days on the ground for rough riding on Saturday. Jockey Pernia was fined 0 for pulling up Puzzle beforo the finish of the last race Saturday.
