Won driving; second and third the same. JAUNEBAR, away well and in close pursuit of the leaders from the start, finished resolutely on the outside and got up to win in the closing strides. CONCEAL began slowly, but worked her way up on the inside and finished fast. CYDONIA followed the early leader resolutely and raced into a clear lead, but tired badly at the end. MANNA finished well. SUN SILENT was cut off when she attempted to come through on the Inside. MEADOW LAWN ran well. PROTOCOL had scant chance from the start. Won driving; second and third the same. SKY SCRAPER II. raced prominently from the start and, overcoming considerable interference from AL FRESCO in the second turn of the field, seemed beaten after taking the last jump, but came again under hard riding and outstayed AL FRESCO at the end. The latter was under restraint for the first turn of the field and bumped his way between the leaders when called on into the lead after taking the last jump, but tired finally under pressure. CONNIEBERT was a forward contender throughout and jumped well. LAST MAN had no mishaps. SEA NAME made a bad landing after taking the thirteenth jump. PRICKLE lost his rider at the ninth jump. ST. CHINK, away well, raced on the inside, but came out when in the stretch, which cost him the race. SOCRATES showed high speed in pacemaking, but tired badly in tho final sixteenth. PRISCILLA RULEY, away well, set a fast pace from the half mile and drew away into an easy lead to win in a canter. AVISACK was taken under slight restraint early and moved up resolutely when called on, but tired under her weight. LADY BELLE ran a good race throughout. NELLIB MORSE showed high speed in setting the early pace, but tired badly after going three-quarters. YAN-ker PRINCESS and OHONE had no chance at the start and were as good as left. CLIQUE began slowly, bat closed a gap and finished fast. LOUD VARGKAVK finished gamely on the inside and showed improvement. TANGO closed up some ground. WARFARE finished fast from a Blow beginning. ATHELSTAN began slowly, but saved ground on the stretch turn and finished with a rush. BLIND TLAY raced on the outside throughout and came very wide on the stretch turn.
