COBWEB began fast, showed the most speed from the start and, finishing well, easily outstayed CLOUGHJORDAN. CLOUGHJORDAN was in closest, pursuit for the entire race and finished i gamely. SANDALWOOD began slowly, but moved up rapidly in the first quarter and tired slightly in the stretch. LAST ONE ran well, but gave way in the stretch. PYX had no mishaps. RAPID DAY was alway fur back. SILVER SLIPPERS was away well and raced close up all the way, but tired near the end and just lasted to save second place. AVINROCK came with a rush in the stretch and would have been second in another stride. BROWNIE ran well and had no mishaps. AVATERFLAG closed a gap in the stretch. SARI set the- early pace, but iired after reaching the stretch. PRAIRIE FLOWER and HOW CLEVER dropped back after going three-eighths. WHO KNOWS ME raced forwardly from the start and was ovcr-confidently ridden near the end. HARRY B. had to be taken back in the first eighth to avoid interference and came with a rush in the last eighth. BELLE OF ELIZABETHTOWN "tired in the stretch. ROLDGOLD ran well from a poor send off.
