LIVE AQUEDUCT NEWS NEW YORK, N. Y., Sept 20. Charles Van Schoick claimed Lithuania out of th3first-racGfrom 3Irs. Vanderbilts Fair Stable for ,000. Matt Dooley has shipped the nineteen purchases of the Mira Monte Stock Farm to San Jose, Calif., for the purchaser. Two mares purchased by Eugene Leigh have been shipped to France. Both J. Burke and Ivan Parke were suspended for five days by starter Cassidy for misbehavior at the start of the first race. Parke had the mount on Rockstone, the winner, while Burke rode Sandy McNaugh-tons Hoot Mon. C. L. Carroll claimed Ranoclc-ut of the first race from the Rancocas Stable for ,000. Several claims were made during the day besides that of Lithuania. Finn Lag went to C. H. Mjller ; The Poet to G. C. "Winfrey; Nauticat to J. F. Richardson, and Fraternity II. also went to J. F. Richardson.
