HORSES ENROUTE TO CUBA BALTIMORE, Md., Nov. G. James Milton, the well known starter and assistant manager of the Oriental Park in Cuba, announced that 174 horses left Youngstown on Novem-j ber 3 for Cuba. Thirty head in two cars were shipped from Empire City yesterday. I One hundred and fifty head in ten cars are scheduled to leave Columbus on the 9th. Two cars are ready for transfer of thirty horses from Laurel next Sunday. I
