Won driving; second and third the same. SEQUEL began well and, racing in close attendance on the leaders, challenged in the last sixteenth and won drawing clear. UNCLE BEBT raced prominently and made a game finish. BODY GUARD set a fast pace and began tiring after going five-eighths in the lead. DEADLOCK was away poorly and far back to the last quarter where he came with a rush. FRENCH CANADIAN H-as speedy, but tired in the stretch. R. E. CLARK was away pooily. Won easily; second and third driving. DOWN TOWN raced into the lead with a rush and was hard held for the entire race to win as his rider pleased. ROCKY saved much ground on the turns and, finishing gamely, passed FIRE ON in the last sixteenth. FIRE ON loomed up menacingly after rounding into the stretch, but tired slightly near the end. BOO BOO began fast and had an advantage at the start, showed the most speed for the entire 1 ace and wen as her rider pleased. SINCERE closed a big gap from a slow beginning and finished fast and gamely GREAT ROCK ran a fairly good race and outstayed LITTLE JIMMY. The latter showed speed, but tired in the stretch. BAD LUCK ran well. STAR SWEEPER was away poorly. CAPTAIN DONAN quit. PRETTY POLITICIAN set a fast pace and, saving ground on the turns, finished gamely. VALLEY LIGHT raced into the lead on the last turn and might have won but for being brought wide into the stretch. LASS OMINE acted badly at the post, but was away with an advantage and pressed LITTLE VISITOR hard for the entire race, but tired slightly near the end. The latter came with a rush after closing an immense gap. OO LA LA finished well. MALT was far back for three-quarters and closed a big gap. QUESADA set the pace to the far turn and tired.
