SUSPEND JOCKEY AMBROSE BOWIE, Md., Nov. 18. The stewards issued a ruling during the afternoon and suspended jockey E. Ambrose for the remainder of the meeting, and ordered that his badgo be taken up. The stewards were not satisfied I with his finish on Edinburgh and stated that lit was carelessness.
