AMERICAS PLAY GROUND LEXINGTON, Ky., Nov. 21. E. R. Bradley has received advices that AV. S. Kilmer intends to build a stable at the New Orleans Fair Grounds next year for his own private use. R. T. AVilson and Harry Payne AVhitney are also contemplating construction of private stables at the Fair Grounds next year. "AVe will make it the winter playground of America before long," said Mr. Bradley, as part of his ambitious plans for the Fair Grounds and its racing in the winter.
