ANDREW DEVLIN IS DEAD BOAVIE, Md., Nov. 21. Andrew Devlin, well known to race goers for the past twenty years, died at a Baltimore Hospital yes-terday. Mr. Devlin suffered a stroke of paralysis in San Francisco some years back and was forced to use crutches to get around. His remains were shipped to his home, AVest New York, for interment.
