I WANT RACING AT JUAREZ EL PASO, Texas, Nov. 26. Merchants in this hustling town are desirous for a return of thoroughbred horse racing in this vicinity and have subscribed 0,000 as a contingent fund to reimburse any losses that may be incurred by the Juarez track management if racing is resumed there. The matter has been put before M. J. Winn, James Butler and others identified with the Juarez track. The matter is to be taken up some time next week, and it is highly probable that a meeting of forty days duration may be attempted next spring, to follow the New Orleans racing.
