ROIAILLE Cashed into the lead after reaching the stretch, but tired in the last sixteenth. SOUTHLAND GIRL began well, but dropped back and came again in the stretch. QUANAH raced forwardly throughout and was gaining on the leaders at the end. FIRST CALL showed a good performance. ST. ALLAN closed a big gap in the last quarter. NAUGHTY NISRA was hard ridden for the entire race and might have won, but for being forced to go wide on the stretch turn, then came again and finished gamely. JOHNNY JEWELL ran well.
