LATEST TURF GOSSIP FROM NEW ORLEANS NEW OPwLEANS, La., Dec. 1. J. J. Flanagan arrived Monday from his home in Louisville, Ky. Jockey Earl Pool was an arrival during the day from Lexington, Ky. Joseph McLennan arrived Monday from Bowie in time to take his place as one of the- placing judges at Jefferson Park. IX. A. Lee, who functioned in the stewards stand for J. B. Campbell while the latter served as placing judge,- will, for the remainder of the meeting, be in the judges stand with Joe McLennan -and Julius Reeder. J. B. Campbell will resume his place in the stewards stand with G. W. Hay and J. T. Ireland. The crack racer, Donaghee, which won two of the big stake features at Bowie, Avill be an arrival tomorrow.
